Bone stretching?

As I don't have my Moho. For a few days at least. If not more. Can the bone tools be used to duplicate the classic stretching and squashing movement? I can't recall if you can animate that. Is it the offset tool?

Offset toll only is used to can draw your character in separated parts and then join it with this tool to easily bone setup (wonderfull feature, by the way) ...CIAO!

Perhaps its the scale. hrmm. I need my Moho.

The Scale Bone tool is probably what you had in mind.
