Is there a way to speed up or slow down stroke exposure?
Any clues?

e.g.
at frame 1: start 0% end 0%
at frame 20: start 0% end 50% - will give you half the line in 20 frames
at frame 60: start 0% end 100% - wil give you the other half in another 40 frames...
choose the interpolation mode that gives you the result you want - smooth or linear or ...
