Parker is this the way you create background. before this was impossible for me to do but not anymore likewise uploading image

If you do them like this you'll have problems if you want to make a background that isn't around you or doesn't exists, like a moon background or underwater and so on.
To make your workflow faster, instead of taking pictures you can search similar images and objects on google, take screeshots from movies or even games.
