actions
Is it possible to apply an action to more than one character. If I have created several characters with skeletons, and I want them all to walk across the screen.. Can I create a walk action and then apply it to all the characters or do I have to give each character their own action?

Typically, no. You would need to create separate actions for each character. However, you could do it this way if the characters all have identical skeletons:
Create the actions you want in one skeleton layer (say character A).
Now duplicate that skeleton layer and put the other characters' vector layers inside it.
Delete the original skeleton layers for characters B and C.
Now the B and C characters will have identical skeletons to A, including all its actions.

hi daleG.
i can only recomend not to waste time on "actions" because after i now understand every single function of moho and improved my skill a lot, i also cant get along with actions.
i dont quite understand how they work, especially how i can make an action and activate it constantly or keyed if the acting object is moving cause the action seems not to be translocated in space. it is always situated where i set it up.
personally i make use of the cycling function. it only needs some keys and can be aborted anywhere in the timeline by setting up non-cycling keys.
read the manual for more details on this, it is my solution for i dont get along with actions.
maybe i just use them not the way they r supposed to.
