Anime Studio Exporting Process FROZEN!!!

Hey guys, I was exporting my animation but there was not even a single process going on when I waited for 10 minutes. The two bars didn't even move at all!!!!!!!

It is file specific or does it happens always?

Which file format, which codec, which dimensions?

I have this problem quite often too. (In ASP8 at least, haven't rendered much in 9 yet)

I'm on a mac pro. It happens with ANY render settings. I almost always render at 1920*1080 (or half dimensions)
