move 2 layers

I know I saw a way to link two layers, but I can'r remember/find how to do it. I basically want my switch layer for my mouth movements to move with the rest of my charecter. how to I get the switch layer to follow the charecter layer?

Create a group layer and put them both in. This lets you "move" the group layer (so you move switch and charcter layer as well).
