Showing Layer Movement Path during Camera Works...

Post by Rai López »

 ...Maybe this could be made by scripting (I'm not sure), but well... When you are working in Camera View with Track Camera tool and you active Show Path check box (obviously) you can't see the path result of the camera animation but only a blue dot in the center of the screen... Well, I think that it'll be nice, and more usefull, if we could see the animation path of the selected layer when you are working with the camera tools in camera view... with this, you could have a better idea of the global layer movement and do a quick adjust of the camera to follow certain layer over the time... THANKS!!! :)

PS: Uf... another Feature Request more... I'm wondered if I'll hold the record yet

Hey Ramón,

I know it's not exactly what you asked for... but I have something that might help a little.

I added "Copy Copy Curve to Camera Track" and "Copy Curve to Camera Target" scripts to you can just draw where you want the camera to be or what you want the camera to look at and then copy into the camera animation.

There's some simple examples too.
