Hi , new to all this !, what is the best way to animate a clock ticking , so i can move the hands in time to some music ,in pro 9

Based on 24 frames a sec.
Make a bone layer for the second hand. Put a vector layer inside that. At the origin make an arrow going up to 12 o'clock. Make a bone starting at the origin going up to 12 o'clock also. Go to frame 1 and select the rotate bone tool and click in open space, now go to frame 11 and rotate the bone 6 degrees go to frame 21 and move 6 more degrees. Do this until you make it to 59 seconds(frame 1417). Now click on the bone angle in the time line and set all the keys to step. Now copy frame 1 and paste it to frame 1441 which will be the 60 second mark and then cycle back to frame 1.

Thanks for your help!, just in from work ,had a go at clock , worked great ,so much to learn , the stickman annimation , very good!
