Maybe they want to use the 'follow path' tool? If so just use the 'add point' and make the path you want on a separate layer.

i just thought to animate squirel or any thing i have made through the path i have drawn is there any thing like that in anime studio

You must use the Follow Path tool, check from page 111 to 114 of the Users Manual (in Help menu)
