First, make sure you've got the latest version of Moho - 5.2.1 (Help menu, About Moho...).

Secondly, check that the soundtrack waveform is showing in the timeline.

Lastly, and this is the main trick, make sure your export range (the purple bar over the frame numbers in the timeline) matches the frame range you set in the Export Animation dialog box.

Versions prior to 5.1 would only export the sound if both ranges started at frame 1.
