Viropolis - the Fugitives animated series

Post by Kosafwc »

Hi there!
I'd like to share my work with you guys, an perhaps get some feedback. :)
The series is called Viropolis - the Fugitives. I had hit upon it back in winter time, when I was constantly sick. Hay, i thought, why wouldn't I start a cartoon about germs living inside human body. First, there were simple shorts, as I just started learning about animation from the scratch (I still am ;), then 3 week ago I decided to improve it. Use smart bones, and add more detailed environment. Currently the plan assumes 6-10 episodes, 4-8 minutes each. This is the first one. I don't know if the Engish subtitles I prepared for you will be clear and accurate, as my English isn't very good, but you may check this out. In "season 2 - the Fugitives" Two germs are being chased by the police, due to unfortunate, random combination of events, aggravating their situation from episode to episode. The first one shows how all this have started. :)

subtitles should start automatically. If not, just click CC button in the YT player, enjoy :)

Very nice work, the animation is good and the jokes are funny. The commercial in the middle was actually laugh out loud funny - nice job!

Thanks! I wasn't sure if foreigners would understand the commercial. Is construction and farming branch outside Poland using nudity and beautiful chicks photos to advertise their products as well? :D

I've never seen that specific product, no. But that's probably what made it funnier: I was expecting beer or a new show or something.
