Hey guys, it's been a while!
Enjoy - and please leave and questions or comments below.
Part 1 shows how to draw and organise your layers.
I use Mike Kelleys 'Swiss Army Points' tool, available at www.animatorsforum.com to make drawing easier, but you can do everything with the stock tools.
Part 2 shows how add simple bones and how to visually adjust their origin for nice rotation
Part 3 shows how to finesse bone movements with smart actions
I use Rylander's script for going to parent layer - available here: http://rylanderanimation.se/tag/anime-s ... ts/page/2/
I also use Ramon's smart bone helper script available here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=23041
Part 4 shows how to add external control bones for bending fingers.

Re: Drawing/Rigging a Hand video tutorial
Some great ideas here. It's a big relief that with smart bones, we no longer have to try and rig up intricate skeletons inside fingers - just manipulate the fingers with control bones. Thanks for the videos.
