Draw mode, rotate around mouse pointer

When drawing in ASP, is there a way to rotate a selection of points around the mouse pointer? the Rotate tool currently defaults to the center of the selection and there doesn't appear to be a way to temporarily move the origin. Right now I'm frequently having to rotate my points and then reposition them. Ideally, I'd like to be able to point to where I want to 'pivot' my selection, and have the selection rotate around that point.

Can I do that? If not, I'd like to make this a feature request, not just for Rotate but for all the other transforming tools.
