It looks like they should be moving faster given how much leg movement is happening. Also, I'm not sure if it's on the video or if it's something with the walk cycle, but there's a kind of recurring "stutter" on each of the lobsters' walks. The design is still fantastic!

Thnks for the great idea. There is some flicker in the walk, I am sattling it. Hopefully tomorrow I will upload the
new one without any flicker.

I don't know much about PNG sequences. What software are you using?

To create png I am using Blender.
Above animation is a 39 transparent png files and with these 39 png I have created transparent background mov
that mov i used in Anime studio Pro (continous play )
1st mov, start frame =1 end frame = 300
at frame 300 I dragged that mov ( layer) to another side.
created shadow in ASP only. ( opacity = 30, blur=12)
at another frame pulled this mov agian and its 2nd angler fish.
same way pulled same mov at another frame and its 3rd anger fish.
ASP has a great support for transparent background png as well as mov.
Animated background I have created in blender ( 100 frame continous play )
all in 30 fps

Love the fish. I can't watch the Vimeo video for some reason, but in the Yahoo one the background seems to "jump" regularly, like it's going back to the start of a cycle.

Thanks for the comments. That vimeo one has animated background ( 100 Frame) it repeats after every 100 frame.
