Please Help!
I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the thread.
How do I cut out a piece of animation from the timeline and have everything in front of it fall into place. I want to cut out 9 seconds of a scene I don't like, but don't want to spend hours readjusting every aspect of my animation.
Thank you!!!!!!!
Shorten animation; Cut out a piece of it?

If you just want to throw away the beginning of a scene: just set the starting point to frame whatever and work and render from there. (Maybe create keyframe in all channels there.)
If you want to throw away just time in some timelines, but not all: use the sequencer to shift timelines to the left.
It also should work to re-calculate animation (menu), to cramp 150 frames into 1, but I haven't checked recently how reliable that is, and you'll still have 1 frame left.
