Smart Bone Lip Sync Tutorial from a beginner to a beginner!

So I was asked to do a lip sync tutorial so here it is! This is the more in depth one where I explain in detail what I'm doing.

Hello mate,
for some reason the sound isn't working (it's totally my end, so don't worry), but it means I can't watch right now
As a general rule, I think 45 minutes might be on the long side for a tutorial.
Also, you don't need to double post this in two sections

Aww man I'm sorry that I messed up your name as well..danget. I love your work by the way especially "the sophisticated sex robot". I fixed it on this post but I think I said it wrong as well in the video.

Yeah I'm going to try and compress it again, for some reason my codecs are making things really hard and is not supported on premier so I tried it on Windows Move Maker and that isn't working good at all...it made the audio quieter and dumbed down the video. I'm going to try and compress it again.

Yeah I figured it might be too long for a tutorial as well. I should have split it into three 10 min videos, but I also wanted to be able to help those (like myself) who need a in depth explanation of everything that is going on. I tried to really cover what helped me most while learning how to do lip synching.

I will remove those other videos as well, sorry I didn't know if that was okay or not.

But thanks so much for your feed back! and let me know how I can improve! Even though in this I'm teaching how I do it, I would love how to do it better!

I've restarted my computer and the sound is now working.

The recording quality is really good (clean), though seems weighted to the left channel - I like your voice, it's all nice and clear so you should definitely keep going!

You're copying my ongoing mispronunciation of 'phoneme' hehe

I really can't watch 45 mins right now - I think that's the biggest problem you will have, people will find it hard to commit the time - you should split your ideas into different topics and make a series, I'm sure you will have much success... and there's no better way of learning than teaching others!

Just had a quick flick through, and it seems you're doing the entire section in iterative passes - which is interesting (all the tongues, all the open/closed mouth, etc) - I prefer to make the actual shape for the moment as I go along, but I dunno if your way is more efficient in the long run... interesting though

Yeah I figured I would try to do something easier (not really how I do it) for recording purpose, to show all the body parts move and how easy it can be.
