Installing Fazek's Tools

From what I gather, from the 2 videos I watched. All I'm suppose to do is extract the contents to a folder, copy those contents to the tools folder in AS. I did that, but the tools don't appear when I open AS. I can see the tools when I look in the tools folder, but they don't show up in the program. I know it's something simple I'm missing, because it usually is, but I can't figure it out. So I was hoping one of you kind gents knew.

Fazek's tools are old so they might not work with the newest version. Try to find the last updated version. Put them in the the custom content folder.
