The biggest suggestion would be to obviously move the hips. When I animate, moving the cog/hips is often the first thing I pose out as that will tell you where your character is moving and where the center of gravity it.

She definitely needs to loosen up a bit!
Use target bones on the legs, then you can move the hips all over the place and she will stay grounded.
