How to Append Action from Char1 to Char2

There is one character say C1 has some action say walk
there is another character C2 with SAME BONE STRUCTURE AND SAME BONE NAMES has one action walk_with_jump

( C1 and C2 both are side view )

Is there any way to append walk_with_jump from C2 to C1

If the characters share the same or a similar bone structure, you can copy and paste keyframes from one to another. The names of the bones need to be the same in both characters.
So you could copy the keyframes from the C2 action, create a new action in C1 and paste that keyframes on it.

Oh, I'm sorry, that is a feature you can find in version 11 and maybe 10 (I don't remember exactly when it was introduced).

I tried it and it works as expected on 11. I don't have 9.5, but could export the file to 9.0:

I tried Selected C1->Action->Walk_with_jump and renamed it to walk_with_jump2
c1->Actions->walk_with_jump2->make_active and selected all the keyframes
Now selected C2->Action->New Action= Action5
Now Activated Action5 and tried to Paste in the time line, but nothing is happening?

Yes, that won't work in 9.5, because the copy/paste feature was improved in newer versions.
