Shape Stacking?

Mac MacBook Pro 15 in. OS X 10.9.5, Mid 2012 Animestudio Pro 11
Back again.

I'm having shape stacking problems How do I see what order they are in the arrows up and down are pretty vague. I have a lot of shapes and I don't know how many clicks on the arrows I need to do to get the shape where I want in the order. Is there a way to see the order of the shapes? Or something not as vague as the clicking arrow keys? Thanks
