I came across an Adult Swim cartoon called Mr. Pickles that reminds of your cartoons. The sort of humor in that show is not my cup of tea, but it does have a certain fascination (like a car wreck). Kinda disturbing though.

The barman is so bright white against the background, in all the wide shots my eye was drawn to him instead of the main characters. Consider making him less contrasting with the bar.
