Already sent this to SM but anyone else having this problem. I create a new layer a tool tip pops up stating New Layer about three seconds after I loose focus in the text box not just waiting or thinking of what to type (which I do often) but if your typing past the 3 sec you can't type in the box anymore, untill you move the mouse over and click inside?
I figured it's not a big deal (although annoying) I'll just disable tool tips under pref. but that option is not there?
Im on Windows 10 pc
