Editing multiple keframes in AS 11 doesnt work?

Hello. In AS 9 it is possible to edit multiple keyframes if multiple keyframes are selected. For example you can move a walking figure a few inches to the right. As seen on the webinar of AS 9, youtube, time:0:23:39. In AS 11 it doesnt work like this. If I select multiple keyframes of the figure and try to move it the animation doesnt move with it. Do you know a solution? Thank u!

In AS11, you need to check the Relative keyframing checkbox above the timeline.
