Debut 11 Project Settings bug on Mac 10.12.5

If I try to change the Width, Height, or Framerate in Anime Studio Debut 11, the size resets to 900 x 900. Please help me.

Debut has resolution and length restrictions. I don't remember if there's a max frame rate, but max res is 900x900 and max number of frames is 3000. Check the user manual for details

Never mind. I solved it by saving the start-up file which has the specifications I want.
