pls Help :( Target bones vs body turn

Hi guys! i have a problem with target bones during my try to make a body turn, see the video and u can see that the target bones stop working when the body turn bone is used... i think i saw a solution in one of the tutorials on youtube, but i can remember which was it :/

I would only key the upper arm bones (and maybe the target bones) in the smart action.

hi! i have solved the problem but... the problem was the parrenting of the bones, if i unparrent the bones from the body bone, arms are working perfect, but when i try to make that cool stuf that targert bones are for, there are not moving whit the body xD
