I am working on an animation that involves ball characters with flags on them with eyes.
Complete noobie here, and I've tried methods from morphing the points to adding new points but they all dont work.

Anyway I can change from the first image to the 2nd image without eyelid mechanics (that would tamper with the flag)?
I'm thinking about something along the lines of from the 1st image to the 2nd in a frame by frame (but without frame by frame) where each time the eyes gets smaller and smaller but keeping that straight line?

Re: eye animation
did I understand what you were saying about the flags have eyes?
if so this might do it for you: create a moving mask to replace the upper part of the eye with a copy of the base flag.
Mask group: hide all
> reveal fg flag group: hide all // mask this layer
>> flag: copy by reference of base flag: mask this layer
>> eyelid shape: add to mask; keep invisible; exclude strokes (just keep the bottom stroke on the lids shape)
> eyes open: add to mask - the oval eye shape
base flag
The eyelid shape layer moves up and down to open / close the eyes.
if that's not clear just say and I'll upload an example

Re: eye animation
it's here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/2m7ya4okd ... .moho/file - you'll need to render to see the effect - the work area display in moho doesn't show "complex" masking properly. hope that helpsericaent32 wrote:please upload an example, thanks
