autodesk sketchbook pro

Autodesk Sketchbook is now free. formerly it was available by subscription only. It has some remarkable tools and is every bit as good as Clip Studio, minus vector drawing tools. It is a raster app.
Xork was designed in Sketchbook as well as Anacin and Bugman.
