Reconstructed Winsor

I always liked the Winsor character, but never really did anything with him. I started with Anime Studio 9, and I think he came out in 5 :) So the rig seemed a little outdated to me by the time I saw it. Plus, while I like bitmaps, it just feels cleaner to me to work with vectors. Anyway I finally got a little time to play. I decided to build a new Winsor rig, based on the old bitmaps. Nothing big, just playing around a little for fun :)

Winsor was due for an upgrade. I had the same idea, but you beat me to it! Great job, man.
