Keyframes from transform layer are always set on bounce (solved)

Post by Quabbel »

Hey and hello,

i have made a fish and tried to create a path (with transform layer tool, but also a seperat path with "follow path") for it to swim but i noticed that my keyframes are always set on bounce.

I was able to create multiple paths now and i like my aquarium that i made but its still annoying that the keyframes are always on bounce. I've looked on different sites but i haven't got an answer. Some recommended to open window -> keyframe and set it there to smooth, and that's what i did, but the keyframes i set after that are on bounce again and when i look at window -> keyframe it changed from smooth to bounce. So sadly its not permanently.

So right now i create paths and change every single keyframe manually from bounce to smooth. Its doable but hella annoying and i'd like for my future projects to not be a pain.

Can someone help me please?

Best regards

Above the timeline there's a dropdown to set the default keyframe interpolation. You probably have that set to bounce.

I usually leave that set to Copy Previous Key, so it's the same as the last keyframe I set on that channel.
