Copy/move a specific pose

Hi,
Moho beginner here. First can I thank the contributors to this forum (particularly Greenlaw). It's helped me solve many of the problems I have encountered so far, except for this one:
I can't seem to copy a specific pose from a given keyframe and move it to a different position on the stage later in the timeline. I can do it easily if the rig doesn't have target bones, but can't make it work if the rig does have target bones. Any ideas?

I downloaded the script but I am a beginner so am having a bit of trouble figuring out how to use it. Can't see how to move the pose to a different part of the stage.
