Hey, I am constantly wishing I could set up my rigs to animate edge hiding, and also offsetting stroke exposure, for things like the creases to show where the forearm overlaps the upper arm, etc. I know edge hiding is technically not animatable and offsetting strokes isn't possible (Feature requests!) I end up trying to add extra points to the curves at joints to pull out with variable stroke widths on them, and then hide them again when not needed, but doing that so much can make the mesh unwieldy.
Does anyone here have any better ideas?
Any way to animate edge hiding?
