Object which follows camera?

Hello,
sometimes in my animations I move the camera to another spot. And sometimes I'm using pop-up text, which should stay in one place while I move the camera. So when I'm doing it, the text, which should stay in one place of the screen, moves away from the screen, because the camera moves forward. Is it possible to stick one object to the screen, so it doesn't move when I move camera?
