Target Bone Weirdness... (SOLVED)

Gosh this is so frustrating, i'm supposed to finish this animation this week but Moho is really infuriating lately...

I just have the standard two target bones for the feet and i can't seem to get them past each other without for some reason one influencing the other and making it "pop" away... no idea why...

Thanks for any help, i'm kinda losing my mind.

EDIT:

I deleted my Smart Actions on the legs and it seems to solve the problem however i don't really know what i could do differently with the actions... just did it the standard way but it seems they always get in the way for some reason...

Okayyy nevermind i found the error i think.

I'll leave this up in case anyone ever has the same problem in the future:

i've been a doofus and CMD+F's some of my Smart Actions so the smart action basically influenced a whole lot of bones it wasn't supposed to. So remember kids, only key the bone you really want a smart action to apply to...
