How do I duplicate an action

I want two actions for my character, both of which will start with a crouch. How do I duplicate the "crouch" Action, so that I can add extra to it? Is this possible?

Edit: My workaround was to export the action, duplicate the file, reimport it and go from there, but I'm sure there is an easier way.

If this is just a regular Action...

1. Open the existing Action and copy the keys.
2. Create the second Action and paste the keys. Now you can modify this one.

You can also do this:
With the second action opened for editing, right-click the first action and select Insert Copy.
