Does moho provide us with content like buildings and products to use in our project?

Hello guys i am asking to learn if with the purchase of moho we are also get any content like buildings and products (bottles, mouse, tv control etc) to use them in our projects.

btw i have moho pro, do they include anything like that in moho pro?

I found some useful content but i came across some difficulties

Does moho have search for the library?
I am looking for a "cash register" to put on a desk and i can't find it in the library.

Any help?

Edit: it's ok with the desk and with the cash register, i believe the library content should be richer.
