No, that's not possible.
You could try to play back in project view and use a screen recorder.

I don't have anything helpful to add to slowtiger's suggestion, just a comment...
It's rare but occasionally I'm asked at work to render a Moho rig demo but unfortunately Moho doesn't have the option to make bones visible to render. It would be neat if this was an option, like the opposite how we can set other layers to not render.
The one issue with screen capturing the Moho screen is that you can only capture the project in its display state, not final render quality. To work around this is I've had to render a separate Preview Animation pass with only the bones layer visible and then composited that pass over the final render in a compositing program. This works okay but it's very hacky and doesn't look as good as I'd like it to look.
Also, when you run a Preview Animation, any visible bone text will drop out, so it's still not an accurate representation of the rig's UI.

You can try this script:

Oh, geez! I totally forgot about that script. Thanks Victor, and thanks to simplsam for creating the script!
Now I can't wait for work to ask me for another demo.

Re: export animation with bone
Just checked that script. Its not work well, virtual bones getting missplaced a bit. Some smart bones are floting away while rotate them. Guess it should be fixed to 13.x versions
Re: export animation with bone
If the virtual bones are floating - it it possibly/probably because you have moved the real bones (at frame 0) after creating the virtual bones. If so - just delete the virtual bones layer and recreate it again.
