You likely have some layers at a different z-depth.
You can check this with the orbit view tool, and fix it with the transform layer tool.

Thank you so much that was the issue which is weird? how did that happened? and is there a way to prevent making artwork on the z axis in the future

I'm guessing that at some point you might have held down the Alt key while transforming a layer. Alt pushes the layer forward/backwards in 3D space. I think it's a common error by new users who might not be aware that Moho's workspace is a 3D environment.

When you are aware of this modifier key, it can be a useful feature. (Note that many of the modifier keys for the selected tool will appear in the Status Bar.)

Tip: if you also hold Shift while pressing Alt, Moho will push an layer back or forward but maintain its relative size to camera. This is useful for quickly adding depth and seeing parallax in a multilayer environment (i.e., foreground, midground, and background layers.)

Hope this helps.

edit > preferences and look at the layers/objects tab. make sure that "auto center new layers" is not checked.

if it isn't checked then it's most likely that you somehow nudged a layer away from its natural origin of {0,0,0} -- maybe using alt- mouse drag or shift-alt mouse drag as Greenlaw has just beaten me to saying!
