Z depth and parallax question

Man.. I've been away WAYYY too long but I'm getting back into MOHO and I'm having trouble with the simplest of things! I'm trying to adjust the Z-depth of a couple of objects in my scene and I'm holding Shift and alt down while changing the z position but it won't snap back to the original scene visual when I do so. Moho isn't resizing to make it look like the original proportions. Am I missing some setting or something?? I'm using a PC instead of a MAC so I'm not sure about settings and shortcuts anymore. Any suggestions would be helpful! Oh also, when I click/drag the z depth, the increments are super large, is there any way to make the numbers more fine tuned? Thanks!

Never mind!!! Of course, in a matter of seconds after posting this, I realized I need to drag in the work window and not the top Z position box... LOL!
