issues importing .png and .psd from procreate

Just having some issue importing bitmap .png and .psd files that I have painted in procreate into Moho. Have never had this issue before, am consistently getting the “red question mark” thumbnail for .png’s and that the .psd’s I am importing are an unsupported file type.

Any ideas anyone?

I occasionally work with Procreate for Moho artwork, but the last time was several months ago. I'll check it today.
