Cannot get support nor a confirmation email

Hi! I tried to sign in to support to see if my ticket got an answer (I asked a question on Monday) and it did not accept my login info. I tried to create a new account and I did not get a confirmation email or at least an error message while registrating. Did I do something wrong? Or I should wait a few more days? :?:

Office should not be affected, but I guess the main staff is in Annecy this week!
