line width

sorry for such a stupid question , but i'm total noob in moho, installed it few days ago and now trying to learn it all.
So, then i draw lines with a freehand tool while making a person i often cant draw real good, clean lines, i mean its not looking great and there are a lot of points, if i'm doing it with a add point, lines are fine but i cant change width of the lines with line width tool

how i could make lines from point to point clearly like with add point command and edit its width too?

dumb question but i coudnt find any basic tutorial, found only 1 walk tutorial here, so could you help me finding some tutors too? thanx

It is actually very simple to change the line width of an outline. Simply select a point with the

Line width tool and drag to the right to enlarge the line width and to the left to reduce the line width.

I find it is easier to just draw the shape first. Tweak it until I like it.

Then... add the strokes and fills. I then tweak the widths.

If you need to tweak by changing the widths or adding points... you don't have to worry about "seeing" the new points since they become part of the shape they are added to.

There is really no way to create a new vector mesh and automatically have the stroke appear as you draw... unless you are adding points to an existing shape.

Vern, surely, you mean when using a mouse, because with a stylus and tablet, I can see the width of my outline just fine (see video screen shot below):
