This is a must have:
A way to save different workspace layouts, so we can easily have a 'drawing layout' and a 'animating layout', a 'playback layout' and such, without having to manually change how the windows are shown every time we need.

I'd be happy if it just remember the one workspace. Everytime I start it up, my windows are slightly out of place.

I don't see why it would be confusing, at the end, this should be user defined and easy to switch from one to another.
