Having sound issue

When I play any sound in anime studio there is a popping sound. This happens with the sound files that come with anime studio and also on any
files i made myself. I have a creative XFI card and don't have any sound problems in any other programs.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or possibly know what is causing it?

Does it happen in a random position or at the begining only?
In linux, AS must be the only one application using the sound system so when I force AS to be the only one sound application it makes a "pop" sound similar to the one when you change the input channel in a non digital amplifier box of a music equipe.
But it happens always that any linux application need to be the only one sound app playing.

Yes it happens to me also, but thatsonly when im scrubing through the animation. When i export the final it renders perfectly
