Currently i am working on one movie in Flash. I came across AS and its ability to work swiftly and effortlessly using bones. The problem i am facing is that the animation is working fine when done in AS... the style and all is looking good. IT also looks good when exported to SWF.
But when i import it in Flash the outlines breakout making the animation crude. Also at times many a symbols are created after importing it in flash ... I am not able to fix it anyhow ...
Can anyone tell me how to optimize the SWF export so that when imported in Flash it doesn't breakdown. .. Help needed urgently.

First check that you didn't use any AS feature which can't be exported into SWF. They're listed in the appendix of the help files.
The number of symbols can be reduced if you minimize animation within a layer, instead move/rotate/translate the layer as a whole. When you create a layer, there's a red dot visible in the layer icon. As long as this dot doesn't disappear, this layer is optimized for SWF.
I don't understand that "breakout" part of your question. It would help if you could show us an example of this.

I will put it in simple way :
Following are the steps which i use ...
1) Create a character in AS
2) Rig it
3) Animate it using bones
4) Render it to SWF (Flash Players)
5) Import the SWF file in Flash
6) Use the imported work for composing.
Now the problem comes when i render the animaiton to SWF. Means the outlines break up actually making the animation look crude and jerky.
My question is "Can we optimise the SWF render option so that even when imported in flash the outlines don't break. The same animation if rendered to MOV looks super cool. But i am working on flash so SWF import is the only option. (Where can i upload files to show as example?)

- 6): composing or compositing?
If you want to combine your animation with other stuff in something like AfterFX, you don't need to go through flash. You can easily render a bitmap or video format with transparency dirctly from AS.
I still don't know what you mean with "break up". Can't you post a screenshot of that?

How big is your file? ie. how many characters, bgs etc. are you rendering out.
I know when I had trouble with this I had to find a workaround by splitting the scene up by rendering out characters/bgs seperately and compositing in flash.
Have you unchecked the 'variable line width box' in the export settings as I know this can easily overwhelm Flash.
How are your characters rigged? You can Optimize characters by using the bind layers to the bone method rather than point binding. This does'nt give as smooth a look but does keep that layer optimized for Flash.
Another thing that can de-optimize all the layers is if you don't scale uniformally (keep the same ratio).
Scale of the bones is another thing I've found that can send the SWF file loopy.
If you can show an example that may help in deciphering the problem.
cheers,
D.
