Making a layer unaffected by camera movement?

I'm working on a project with a semitransparent image layer placed on top, which I don't want to change size. Thing is, at one point the camera zooms in. Is there any way to keep the image layer unaffected by the zoom?

If not, is there any easier way to simulate this without resizing the image layer each frame?

Double-click on the layer. Check the box that says Immune to camera movements"

that's it, I guess.
