A simple way to do Light Reflection...

I was wondering if there is a simple way to do a somewhat realistic light reflection in AS.

For instance, a guy walking down a dark corridor holding a torch, or a candle. Is there an easy way to make the light reflection on the walls follow his movement? Reason being is I don't want to have to waste time painting and re-painting the reflection, or manually moving it if I don't have to.

I know stuff like this usually happens in dedicated 3D programs, but I just thought I'd put this out and see if anyone has done anything similar or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. : )
