Hello Yafar,
right-click on the tutorial audio files in Windows Explorer and select Properties from the context menu. Look on the Summary tab (if you see an Advanced button on the summary tab, click on it).
You can see all the tutorial files included with Papagayo are mono and use PCM format (no compression), and use either 16K or 11K bitrate, and a sample size of either 8-bit or 16-bit.
You could try converting your files to use the same settings.
A number of forum members successfully use the freeware
Audacity to do their audio conversion and some audio processing. Use Edit > Preferences in Audacity to change sound settings and/or the drop down menu in the name bar to the left of a loaded wav file.
Try not to use any non-ASCII characters in the file names or paths.
C:\sounds\myfile.wav is good.
C:\söûnds\myfilè.wav might not be.
Regards, Myles.
