Hey im guys im new to anime studio never done anything like this uhh, could you guys help me to know the basics of making a character and bone structure? i have no idea to make a character

start reading the tutorial. what you are asking is too ample and it's all there.
take a look, so when you have a specific question that tutorial doesn't cover (or if it is not well explained), come back and we happily answer you.

There are so many different ways to do what you ask. There is no one perfect solution.

Many ways to create a character depend specifically on what you need to accomplish. One type of character set up might be overly complicated for one type of animation, and not versatile enough for another.

Selgin nailed it, you need to get some basic knowledge about the software first. Look at the sample files provided with AS. There are some in there with bone rigs you can look at for ideas.
