Anyone got a tips on the quickest file to export for checking lipsync... Need audio aswell... is it quicktime, with as low qlty as possible..? Still takes forever, thou, and my computer is not that crappy...

Turn of all the "extras". Layer effects, shape effects, antialiasing, etc etc. Turn off image layers if you have them. That slows things down a lot. Turn off any layers that aren't needed to preview the lip sync. Turn off any particle layers.

If you are previewing lip sync specifically then zoom in on just the head or face and check the render at half dimensions in the export options.
