What kind of anime backgrounds would you like to see?

Hi, I hope you won't consider this a breach of etiquette, but I'm offering up content packs for Anime Studio and I wanted to get opinions right from the users if possible. I'm making digital paintings in the style of the backgrounds you'd see in most anime airing today. I've drawn inspiration from shows like Naruto, Bleach, Claymore, and any other anime I watch (which spans a pretty wide variety). The first three sets I have up for sale on Content Paradise are:

Mountains
Fields
Forests

So what, if anything, would you find most useful in making your anime or cartoons? I'm thinking about making some very wide cloudy skies, so that you can pan across them. Or maybe some vertically tall ones so you can pan up. But what about other kinds of scenery that would be general enough that it could be useful in a variety of productions?

Hows about inside buildings and homes, like you see in most Bishoujo anime. Classrooms are a good example, as are traditional japanese homes with sliding doors.

A good idea. I've been thinking about that. How generic should an interior bg be, though? If it has too much character or uniqueness, it would be less useful to a wide variety of people.

It would be possible to set it in a PSD file so that things are in layers that you can change the color of walls and move around some furnishings in a limited way.

Or you could use masks. Include black and white images so people could import them into the channels tab as masks and use them to change the colours.

This way you don't have to give out the layered version and risk people stealing it and claiming it as their's.

Not a bad idea, but I am already including the PSDs in the packs I have out now, and will continue to do so. I'd rather offer people the extra flexibility than worry about any kind of theft risk.

Maybe add a bit more contrast to the pictures? Take a look at the backgrounds from SPIRITED AWAY - stunning.

One of these days I need to see Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle... I liked Princess Mononoke well enough, so I'm sure I'd like those too. Movie bgs (and the animation in general) do tend to be of higher quality, that's true.

There are three backgrounds in each of the packs. They are all shown in the thumbnails / picture viewer on the product page. The field and forest packs have three totally different bgs each, while the mountain one is a bit different and presents the same mountain scene at day, sunset, and night. Hope that clears it up!
